The villa sits directly on the Scopello coastline, offering sea views and direct beachfront access. Guidaloca Beach is a 2-minute walk from the property, with three other beaches within a 5-minute walk. Segesta Archaeological Site and Monte Cofano Natural Reserve are within 25 km, and Trapani Airport is 43 km away.
